Tayler walks us through her basketball journey. Tayler had some excellent advice on how growing up people tend to weed themselves out of your life, if they don't understand your goals and how your real friends will stick around even if you're choosing the gym to work on your craft, instead of going to the movies or parties. The real story on why Tayler chose Ohio State over Minnesota, Duke, Texas or Marquette. How every year in college Tayler progressed and got better, how her brother PJ really showed her how to fall in love with the grind. What the draft experience was like going 4th overall in the WNBA Draft. How well the Mystics took care of her during her pregnancy. How the darkest time in her life was tearing her ACL because she was also privately battling an Autoimmune Disease, but how a trade to Dallas was a Godsend because within 2 weeks they figured out how to treat her Autoimmune Disease. That one time she fangirled Diana Taurasi for an autograph. And how tough Diana is on the court but how cool she is off the court. Some great conversation! A must listen!

Coach Walch walks us through his playing days, where he got to play with both of his brothers at Winona State, how the coaching staff really knew how to utilize his skill set. Coach Walch, also walks us through how he got into coaching, starting in the college ranks, then the CFL and the NFL. Working under the coaching tree of Marc Trestman (QB Whisperer & another MN Great, Bears) and Doug Pederson (Eagles). How important the psychology is in coaching, explaining how you really need to understand each individual you are working with so that you can make the most out of the relationship as well as the job at hand. What it was like coaching NFL receivers Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, Nelson Agholor and my personal favorite Minnesota's own Brandon Zylstra! And honestly hearing the hottest take ever about the Randy Moss/Jerry Rice Goat debate! Look forward to seeing Coach Walch back in the NFL! A must listen!
