On today's episode, we have the pleasure of having on 2x All-American, Winona State Hall of Famer, and Former NFL Coach, Carson Walch! Coach Walch walks us through his playing days, where he got to play with both of his brothers at Winona State, how the coaching staff really knew how to utilize his skill set. Coach Walch, also walks us through how he got into coaching, starting in the college ranks, then the CFL and the NFL. Working under the coaching tree of Marc Trestman (QB Whisperer & another MN Great, Bears) and Doug Pederson (Eagles). How important the psychology is in coaching, explaining how you really need to understand each individual you are working with so that you can make the most out of the relationship as well as the job at hand. What it was like coaching NFL receivers Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, Nelson Agholor and my personal favorite Minnesota's own Brandon Zylstra!
